Hello readers,
This is Rohit,3 times CDS and 4 times AFCAT qualified and an educator dil se. Today i am sharing the top 5 tips which I always believed help me in overcoming the nervousness in and out of the exam hall. So, without wasting any further time, Let's Begin-

TIP 1
Have faith in yourself- Yes,readers Having faith in oneself is more important than having that much amount of knowledge to crack any exam. The first step to start a journey is to believe in yourself which many people lacks now-a-days. In India, exams are designed in such a manner that require knowledge and mental ability to act fast. So, Having a firm believe on your capabilities help you to cope up with the exam pressure.

 TIP 2
Practice makes a man perfect-  Before appearing in any exam make sure you have practiced enough to get the better results. It is seen in a study that the unprepared or unexpected things put extra pressure on people and sometime they overcome the self confidence which leads to failure in exams.
So, practice in simulated atmosphere under the time duration to get the best outcome.

TIP 3
Accepting Reality-   Now-a-days, the advancement  in technology has created an impact that life is easy and fun. People try to run away from the reality and their problems as they seek pleasure from outer world and portrait a fake personality. Whereas, A true personality accepts the reality and work upon the areas of improvement and become a happy and successful person.

TIP 4
Spend Time with Family-  Spending time with family and friends help you to refresh your mind from the hectic study schedule and long hours study. "A Healthy Mind resides in a Healthy Body" and healthy mind enables to stay calm in every situation.

Golden TIP 5
DON'T THINK OF THE OUTCOME -  I believe it is the outcome or the result of your action that makes a person more nervous. So,while going for any interview or doing anything in life limit your expectation for better results at the same time be confident about yourself and your preparation.

Life is beautiful enjoy it..

Thank you,
 Jai Hind.
